Bodyweight workout.

Hey y’all!

I just wanted to share the total body bodyweight workout I did yesterday. It worked all the major muscle groups, and left me nice and sore today in most of my entire body.

I wanted to do this without any equipment, so I did single leg squats, deadlifts, and calf raises to make it harder. I tried to focus on tensing, and working my muscles through the full exercise, every rep. I think it payed off, because I felt it everywhere today! It was a really good reminder that you can get a great workout in with just yourself, and putting in your best effort! I really liked it!

Today I did the day one of the flexibility challenge, (which felt awesome!) and took the day off to rest.
