Number 1 - I’m going to be a bridesmaid in September, my dress was bought in January....I tried it on yesterday just to see how it looked and my other half commented ‘wow your waist looks amazing you’ve lost so much weight.’
Number 2 - I had some Adidas leggings for a few months which were SO TIGHT I couldn’t wear them in February, I’ve put them on this morning and they fit perfectly
Number 3 - I now have to fasten my Fitbit strap on a tighter hook or its too loose!
Like I said - little things! That mean a lot.
Some days I look in the mirror and can’t see change, but things like this make me realise that my new routine is working and even if you can’t see it one day, you will see it the next
