I started working out with fitness blender 6 months ago. I also cut out dairy, gluten and sugar. I've been eating clean and actually have started to enjoy eating again. I don't see food as my enemy anymore. Rather as fuel for a body that works hard for me. My mindset is so much healthier now, even though I still have a ways to go. I've lost 12lbs, and I've gained so much strength working out. My arms are much more toned, my stomach is flatter. I can even tell I've lost in my face. I've had 3 babies in 4 years, all 3 c sections. And I have had a gallbladder removal surgery. I can't wait to update y'all 6 months from now! My end goal is to lose 20 more lbs. But my goal for the next 6 months is to lose 10 lbs. I'm a turtle loser and I'm ok with that. Thank you so much Daniel and Kelli for your amazing workouts!
