Hey Guys, I've been a FBer for almost 5 years now. I was strong and fit up until my recent surgery in January. Slowly but surely progressing in strength again thanks for D&K.
I have NEVER tried a 1000 calorie workout before. I best has probably been a 60 min lower body with hiit/weights/pilates.
My question is for those that have, how should I prepare to tackle this beast? Full meal before workout? More breaks in between sets? Any advice is appreciated.
