FB Abs Round 2 - Day 5 Complete

Today was upper body kickboxing and strength. I really enjoy this new video, especially because I love kickboxing. I've done it before in burn 2. And, no dizziness today! Probably because the temps dropped overnight and it's overcast. It's still warm and humid but not as intense as the past week, it really makes a difference when exercising.

Saturday is one of my rest days (aka chores and stuff) I may or may not do the stretch and the low impact I skipped but I have a feeling as I type this I'll be sitting outside with my book instead lol!
