I was obsessive with my weight for a long time . I'm 60-61 kg and 169cm . I dont have aneroxia but generally ı care about my food.Formely I was weigh myself every morning sometimes 3 times in a day . Still ı weigh myself every morning but I don't let it affect me very much. I'm couinting my calories more than 1 year and want to stop it because ı'm bored and tired weighing my foods :( but ı'm afraid of gaining weight ıf ı cant :( ı delete my counting program on my phone however again ı take it :) any suggestions ?
