I did it! (1,000 calorie workout complete)

Last night I decided that this morning I'd try the new 1,000 calorie workout. I had no expectations of myself. I didn't tell myself that I had to finish, I was just determined to get through what I could get through and feel good about what I had done. And guess what? I did THE WHOLE ENTIRE THING! From start to finish! And I only paused it once! There were definitely times that I slowed down some of the HIIT, modified a few exercises (back bows are my worst nightmare!), and dropped a little bit of weight, but I genuinely don't care, because I. DID. IT! I surprisingly felt GREAT afterwards (despite feeling a little tired) and I'm so happy that I stuck with it. It was my first time trying one of these workouts and although it seemed really daunting, it was honestly quite fun and I enjoyed the challenge. Thank you for such a great workout, Kelli and Daniel!
