My start to 2018 hasn't gone as well as I'd have hoped due to being ill a few times, having to stop working out and letting my university work bog me down. However, I've now made exercise part of daily routine; after a day of work I exercise and it releases all my stress!
Anyway, I'm not able to weigh myself because I don't have any scales at university; but what I do have is a tape measure.
I've lost 3 inches off my waist, 2 inches off my hips and 2 inches off my thighs. I can't believe it! I've still got a way to go but I'm so grateful to Fitness Blender. Not just for the workouts but the advice on leading a healthy lifestyle and their attitude towards everything. I love them. Thank you :D
