Struggeling to lose weight

Hi. I am a 22 year old female. I exercise 4 days a week and eat mostly healthy and drink lots of water. I am not losing any weight, in fact, I have picked up weight. I don't know what to do anymore. I feel self-conscious about my body. My healthy weight is 63-65kg, and i am now at 75kg. My height is 172cm. Any tips?
