FB Abs Round 2 - Day 4 Complete

I just finished day 4, it was lower body/ hiit today. I felt terrible! It's really hot here now and I get really dizzy when I have to go from on the floor to standing up. So when I did the weighted bridge and stood up, it was horrible. I had to pause the video for five minutes. After that I tried one hiit move on the floor and forget it, all floor moves then turned into jumping jacks, high knees etc. Super annoying but once the dizziness went away I was able to give about 90%.

I've checked tomorrow's workout, upper body kickboxing /strength so there should be no floor moves in that.

Does anybody else get the low blood pressure dizziness in the heat?
