Upper Body Compound

Did Kelli's upper body compound workout (the new one) yesterday and I gotta say it's my new fave! I don't always like upper body workouts because they can sometimes get boring, but this one definitely kept me engaged and my shoulders are sore today. Anyone else try this one? More workouts like this one please!!! Just finished a butt and thigh burnout HIIT and strength workout and I am covered in sweat; will definitely feel this tomorrow. Not to mention it's almost 80 degrees where I live.
