I posted a couple weeks ago about overtraining. I know I have been and it was confirmed by all the replies I got from you to my post. Anyways, I wanted to update and share with you that I’m working on it and feeling better in my body. I’ve made the last 20-30 mins of my workouts yoga for 2 weeks now. Still seeking out yoga for toning and core, but it’s much less vigorous than additional strength training and HIIT. And my body isn’t aching like it was before. I actually have some muscle soreness afterwards too which is new for me! I’m not usually sore. So, this tells me I’m working my muscles in new and different ways which I like.
Anyways, thanks so much for your gentle encouragement. I’m in progress but moving in the right direction, I think :)
