Hi everyone !!
I reach day 17 on FB Fit and I'm pretty proud of myself, because I used to quit programs after 1 week and a half .. :)
I recommend this workout : it burns like hell !! I did a 17km hike yesterday so I'm dead !
And I start to see good changes on my body: I lose all my muscles with my miscarriage and they're back !!
