Does anyone else have a hard time with burpees? I have been doing FB for years but burpees are still a challenge. I’ve noticed over the years that when I jump out and then back in before standing up my feet point out. Even when I do a slow burpee I have this problem. I’ve tried to practice but not much luck. So it ends up making my hip flexors so sore that I can only do about 4-5 burpees, so I end up doing split jumps or high knees instead to keep moving.
Anyone else ever have this issue? Im just kind of stuck with how to correct it. I sometimes wonder if maybe my inner or outer quad muscles are weaker causing it but it’s frustrating 😞
