FB 30 round 3 day 15

Hello, good morning community, just wanted to share how good and happy I feel about myself. I did day 15 yesterday and I'm amazed of how heavy I'm lifting now. It was a lower body work out and I had to use a stool, my lower body is a little sore. Even though I have a weak knee I manage to go light on it and reach the workout screen. I will share my before and after pics after I complete this program. Thanks.
