FB Abs Round 2 - Day 3 Complete

I usually don't enjoy 30 min long ab workouts but this new one is great, it's the weights. I wish I had started adding weights months ago, it makes such a difference!

My triceps are a tad sore from yesterday's workout, should not have used those 5 kg until next week...

I skipped the low impact extra credit, I just have so much to do before going to work this afternoon. But I think I may do it on Saturday, my usual day off. I have told myself I must stay home, don't use any gas, don't spend any money etc lol! Just relax, sit in the sun and read and NO schoolwork allowed. But...with it supposed to be so hot, there will be little walking of the dog so some exercise won't kill me :)
