Hello Fit Family ! I am currently in college and have been faithfully sticking to my Fitness Blender workout program, but I know that without diet I won't get the results I desire. Here at college we have a variety of foods to choose from, even an ice cream machine (I stare at it everyday but force myself to walk away from it, UGH the tortureee !). The problem is, I do not know exactly how many calories are in the food they cook for us and I cannot cook my own meals, so I don't know what and how to eat. I also know that I can't eat too little and I can't eat too much. Any advice? I am trying trying to lose fat and tone up. Thank you!
