First Week Down!

So last week I completed all of the workouts I planned! Which hasn't happened in...months probably. And I feel fantastic! And I'm starting week 2 off strong. Isn't there something about it taking 21 days or something to make/break a habit? If that's true, then I'm already 1/3 of the way there. Feeling healthy, happy, and less manic than before! Woot woot!
