De-stress

Does anyone else just love working out in general?! I have been so stressed lately because I am a college student and have final exams this week. I am for sure making time for my workouts, around my studying. They aren't as long as I would like to be doing but school is very important haha! I feel like working out really helps me de-stress and feel so much better overall! Some people de-stress with other things but it's definitely getting in a good workout that helps me! :)
