5k victory!

I love to run but I’m not a natural runner. For the past several months I have been focusing exclusively on running for my cardio and my time just kept getting worse. I realized I was overusing those muscles and needed to diversify my training. So I purchased FB Strong and began doing more biking and hiking. Yesterday I ran a 5k and I shaved 3 minutes off my time from the previous 5k! Seeing that just made me feel so confident and motivated! Fitness Blender have me the encouragement, advice, and workouts I needed for this victory!
