Low impact is no joke!

I did this workout with my sister today at her place, so it’s like a double workout complete! I’ve been doing the low impact program with her, and I find myself quite surprised! At first, I was pretty bummed, thinking I wasn’t going to really feel like I was working out doing low impact. However, today, even though there was absolutely no jumping at all, and I made sure to stay off my belly, this workout had my sweating like crazy! My heart was also pumping as if I had done the normal HIIT, even throughout the strength training, and I didn’t lift as I usually do! Baby hormones has me exhausted, but the workouts give me a boost of energy that I really appreciate! Loving low impact!
