warm up/cool downs question

I know that cool downs should cover the entire body, but when doing a routine that targets upper body, shouldn't the cool down target more upper than lower? So....Why is there only one upperbody specific cool down? that's over ten minutes long? Could we get some 5-7 minute cool downs that hit more upper body muscles used in your wonderful upper body strength workouts???Pretty please??🙏🏼💝🙄🍒
