My husband took me out today as a treat to our favorite restaurant - Cherry Creek Catfish. It was wonderful but all fried. So I am wanting to watch myself this weekend but I don't feel much motivation. I need to be held accountable, lol.
I also missed my workout this morning because I overslept and we had to leave in a rush to make it to a doctors appointment. I'm going to try my best to do my workout tonight but I hardly see my grandma so I'm doubt she will go to bed early. 🤔😫 I also forgot my tennis shoes and the program workout today is the Spartan 500 and a short strength training session. 😳
