How often should I be working out to see results?

Hi everyone,

I just joined Fitness Blender and am delighted with the workout videos and the content of the website. I'm really on a quest to lose weight and to be healthier. Can you guys recommend how often I should be working out? I weight 70 ks and am trying to get down to at least 68 ks. (I measure 1m64.) I saw a nutritionist a few month ago who put me a horrible diet and I only managed to lose just over a kilo which is terrible. To make matters worse, she seemed unhappy with me the last time I saw her so I'm not looking to go back. I have a really fast metabolism and I get hungry really easily. (Especially during ovulation and right before my period.) Can you recommend which diet I should be following? I'm intolerant to wheat, dairy, egg-white and various other things.
