Day 3 FB Sweat - workout complete

... feel like super-hero ...

Although my lower back hurts since yesterday (I think I overdid it with the front jacks on day 2 of FB sweat), I did my Hiit and Abs workout today. My back feels better and I will now have a salad with tomatoes, cucumber and sheeps milk cheese. It´s snowing outside and I will snuggle down with my salad and a good book for the rest of the evening.

The good post-workout-feeling is definitely a big motivation for me. And of course all you Co-Blenders!
