Eating

Does anyone here eat both healthily and unhealthily and have still gotten to the place you wanted to be whilst doing that? I do eat healthily the majority of the time, but at least one meal a day is food that someone else has made for me and is quite unhealthy (lots of cheese, potato, pasta)... this meal is usually the meal I have after workouts.

Will I still notice a difference with my strength + weight? I don't want to hurt peoples feelings by telling people I don't want the food they just stood and cooked for me :P
