Comfort Food!

Hello Blenders!

Having a very laid back week here due to illness! Sadly even low impact workouts and my daily yoga practice have had to take a back seat, but for the first time in a long time, I'm actually okay with it and not trying to do more than I am able, thanks to this community!

Because I'm feeling a little low I've been wanting to eat comfort foods; Homemade veggie chilli, large jacket potatoes and my Mum's apple crumble. Delicious.

What food do you crave when you're feeling a little low or need something to satisfy the soul???
