HIIT Cardio and Butt and Thigh Workout - HIIT and Strength

I only worked out one day last week; too much going on, plus a trip to visit family 7 hours away. We got home around supper time today, and after sitting in the car for hours, I really felt motivated to work out. This video is one from a week ago that I'd missed. It was tough! I got through about 80% of it. I'm soaked in sweat, a little shaky and happy! Tomorrow has a lot going on too but I will be back for my upper body rendezvous with Kelli. #lovingFBStrong
