My 6 month progress

This is the result of 6 months of calorie counting (Nov to Apr) plus 4 months of Fitness Blender (Jan to Apr).

I'm 14 kilograms down, went from 30% to 22% bodyfat and I'm feeling better and more confident than I had felt before in my whole life!

I know Daniel and Kelly are not the biggest fans of calorie counting, but tracking calories, micros and macros has been a total life changer, I absolutely love it because it gives me food freedom. It just works for me :)

Programs I've done: one round of FB Burn 1, one round of FB low impact, one round of FB Mass and one round of FB Strong. Burn was the first and is still my favorite.
