Getting Back On Track

Hi guys!

I started working out about three years ago and kept up with it for a good two years. Last year I completely stopped everything to focus on school and I also fell into a really bad depression which made me unmotivated to do anything. That went on for about a year and now I'm mentally healthy and very happy, but I'm not proud of what my body has turned to since then.

Today I am starting up again for the first time since I stopped. I'm motivated, but very nervous for what's to come.

Any words of encouragement or advice would be very helpful!
