Evening post-workout Snack Suggestions?

I vary the time of my workouts, before lunch is easy enough to work out what to eat after : lunch!

However, when I work out after dinner at around 730/8pm I don't want to eat a full meal after (as I had one beforehand) so I have a snack. Maybe a glass of milk and some whole grain cracker and hummus, or yoghurt. Looking for other suggestions. Just don't feel like eating fruit in the evening...
