The first time I went through the fbfit program I skipped the 1000 cal workout because it wasn't gonna fit into my day, and then I think I just ended up bailing on the whole program a week later.
I've started it up again 8 months later and I'm determined to stay focused and complete the program as scheduled, including the dreaded 1000 calorie workout!
For those who have done them, what should I expect? I usually workout in the morning but I'm thinking I'll have to save that for after work when I've eaten meals in the day to fuel myself. I'm also worried my attention span will be out the window haha.
