Hey , im from a country which always consume white rice and white bread . I am on my way on my weight loss journey . I know that i should omit all of this white carbs but i can't find any product to replace them , if i find one it will cost me a double even triple the normal product will cost . Please help me , could i still can eat all of this white rice or pasta ? But i will lower my quantity intake and put more vege and protein in my meal . Please help me .
