Lost/Irregular Period

Hi guys! :D

First and for most I would just like to say how much I appreciate fitnessblender, you guys have helped me develope healthy habits and pull me out of my depression, so thank you!

I have one important question, is there any way that nutrition could play a role in getting my period back and on a regular cycle? I used to train 5-6 times a week but I'm taking a break so that I can put my focus on getting back my period, is there any other tips? I would appreciate the help! :)
