Back to FIT

I took a hiatus after filing for divorce last year and now that things have finally settled down, I was able to get back into a fitness routine. I ate healthily all along but I also gained 20 lbs back, blech! I lost 40ish lbs when I first started FB in 2014 and kept it off until a year ago. Now I've been working out more regularly since March. I'm soooo glad to be back! I'm a little frustrated that the scale hasn't budged much, but my before and after photos show a more toned me after about 30 days so I'll take that. Thank you Kelli and Daniel for being there for me through thick and thin even though you don't know it, haha. 😁
