Not sore after strength, but sore after pilates??!

Hey,

Just wondering if anyone else has this problem - I did a full body strength and HIIT workout on Tuesday, and the next day I wasn't at all sore (it was a category 4, too). I did a lower body pilates workout on Wednesday and can feel it in my legs and glutes today.

Does anyone else have this?! I haven't felt sore from strength training or HIIT (or hardly any workout) lately and I don't know why... I haven't changed anything. My form is clean, I lift challenging weights, I just don't feel it any more? Am I doing something wrong?
