How much is enough?

I have my weekly work out routine set around 40 to 60 minutes a day. 2-3 are hiit-strength combination, one is kickboxing-strength, and also an abs session. Theoretically, this sounds good right? But even though I feel my muscles working during the workout, I'm rarely sore the day after, if I am it isn't much, and after the abs work out I feel like I can do more. Is a workout insufficient if I'm not sore or have jelly muscles? Do I need to push myself harder?
