Thank you so much FB Community!

I almost didn’t get my workout done today! I’ve been feeling so worn out lately, really tired. It’s weird too, bc I’ve been doing my workouts, getting enough sleep and eating pretty cleanly. It’s been about 2 weeks of this exhaustion, so today, after work, I REALLY did not want to do my workout. Thankfully, I was reading through all the posts and comments (I always have so many to go through at once, bc most of you post while I’m asleep 😂) and just reading them encouraged me to get up and get my workout done. I’m so happy I did it, too! It’s a recovery cardio. Yesterday was total body strength plus HIIT, so I really needed this. Thanks so much for your encouragement, everyone!
