FB Fit / Day3 / Workout and feel better

Hi everyone,

I started FB Fit this week, after 3 months without working out constantly. I had a rough time, with a miscarriage at 9 weeks pregnant, and I was feeling so down.

So I want to give this message : Sport really helps to feel better, to heal your soul. I start my day with K&D and it really changes my mindset. I also enjoy riding my bike, and hike in the countryside, to get better.

And I also hope to lose some weights in this routine ;)
