I would like to personally apologize to FB for my complaint about the 20 min. Hiit yesterday.

Today I’m sore in different areas of my butt and legs that I haven’t felt before, at least not in awhile!😬😂. Sometimes it seems those little routines like to come back and bite you just because you underestimated them! This made me see if you push yourself as hard as you can safely, short workouts can kick your butt! Motivates me all the more to mix things up, and try workouts I wouldn’t think I’d like.

Thanks FB! I’ll definably be doing this one again in the future!😉
