Nutrition advice, all input welcome!

I am at a point where I am not sure what is best for my diet. I often try to just eat healthy without following a diet or counting calories. I just want to live without feeling like any food is off limits but its so HARD! I have a lot of weight to lose and I have gotten close to my goal a couple times but then life happens and I fall off track. I feel like it is a never ending battle. I really like the way FB encourages healthy eating and not following a fad diet or push supplements.

I was curious what you all think about this? What do you think about the FB meal plan? Do you follow a diet? Has anyone just changed the foods they eat without dieting and had success. Any and all input will be greatly appreciated!
