Can anyone tell if this is good meal option ..

I workout in mornings .. usually take half a bana ( even full sometimes) half an hour before workout then once done i make spinach omlete with 1 full egg and 1 egg white along with fruit and small whole meal bread .. Lunch and dinner are protein based but i am avoiding rice and bread /wraps etc at dinner .. i want to lose weight .. was just thinking if i should avoid carbs ??.. i left bread pasta rice even the brown ones for just 2 week and could see soo much difference in my body but at that time I wasn’t working out .. now i get more hungry i guess can anyone suggest what meals they are following for weightloss ??
