CAN'T. EAT. HEALTHY.

This is the end of my first week working out. It's been great. But I just got sad/lonely/bored and ate a whole bunch, and I feel like I'm back where I started. Is that true? Is there any tricks for continuously eating healthy? Is there a way to keep making progress even when your diet isn't the best?

I'm really craving cake right now.
