Soreness/underestimated workout 😆

Hey! I just wanted to let you know that this workout that I did on Friday afternoon, surprised me pretty much. On Friday I needed a "rather moderate" workout as a bridge between a rest day and the next heavy leg workout. I didn't feel quite recovered yet but also didn't want to add another rest day, so I picked this "easier one with much cardio". (Added 10kg only for that bridge at the end and added weighted Russian twists but besides that, I did it exactly like Kelli.) And then yesterday, surprise surprise, I felt soo sore. No way I could train lower body as planned. 🙈😂 And even today, 48 hours later, I still feel sore. So I'm going to start an upper body workout in a minute. 😂

Maybe somebody wants to try this older gem too, it's definitely NOT "rather easy" haha! Have a good Sunday!
