I'm a Fitness Blender fan and user since 6 months and I also am newly pregnant !
Since 3 weeks that I know, I have only did some yoga classes and I have stopped doing HIIT and strenght training because I was afraid it could be unsafe...
But I miss it so much!
I would like to find a compromise between exercising every Day and doing only yoga.
I don't want to lose weight or improve my strenght now that I am pregnant but I'd like to keep strong muscles and feel good.
Is there another future mama here?
Or anyone who could advise me on what to do and what to avoid?
