Just not feeling it

I have worked out pretty regularly with FB since 2014 and have done three consecutive programs this year. I lost ten pounds and have 10-15 more to go. I think I have diet/exercise fatigue. I don’t look forward to the workouts before and am eating like crap. I have tried taking a week off and still can’t grt back I to it. Any suggestions?
