Ahh. I forgot my rule in my last workout.

Benches before curls. I did my curls first and I tend to run the rack with them. I'm a hard gainer so I have to really abuse my arms to stimulate growth. But I realized I did them before my bench press, and it was as bad as I'd thought it would be.

Couldn't lift the dumbbells into position. Had to lift one with both hands, balance it on my thigh, repeat with the other, grab the handles and rock back into position. That was fun.
