Afternoon tea ideas?

I thought I would tap into the collective wisdom of the FB community here. I usually make poor choices when it comes to my afternoon cup of tea, I normally would go for some (many) biscuits, or savoury processed snacks. I tend to eat well throughout the day, but this seems to be my Achilles heel :(

Any suggestions as to what would go well with an Earl grey or English breakfast to tide me through to dinner without jeopardizing my health goals? (It sounds like such a weird question typing it!)
