Feeling Stronger during HIIT!

I just completed Kelli's Fat Burning HIIT Cardio workout for the second time and I noticed that the pushups part of the workout was feeling a lot easier! Even though I was still on my knees, I felt like I was actually a lot stronger during them! After doing more of Kelli's upper body workouts, I am proud to say I am much closer to my arm goal! Such a great feeling!! Thanks Kelli!
