WORKOUT COMPLETE - HIIT + Strength (lower body)!

My legs are going to burn by tomorrow, people! Yowsa.. This was a good combo of HIIT and strength training. I did low impact version of some of the HIIT, though, because I didn’t feel like jumping a lot today. Felt a little sluggish. But I lifted all 24 pounds of my PowerBlocks again, for exercises like deadlifts, so very happy about that. Unfortunately I had bought the set that does not expand. :-/
